About the role

As a Disability Support Worker, working within Community Access, you'll provide person-centred support that empowers people with disability to build independence, confidence and connection.



What we're looking for

• A caring, patient and respectful approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Reliability and a positive, can-do attitude
• Availability to work a range of shifts
• A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) is advantageous but not required

You will be required to hold or willing to obtain

• Working with Children Check
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
• First Aid & CPR Certification
• National Criminal History Check (Police Check)
• Australian open Driver's License with comprehensive insurance on your vehicle
